I want a UL GS430

Edit: "The Premium Package" adds the 17-inch, seven-spoke wheel and nothing else. The Wood Steering Wheel is a individual option.

Offer $17500. I work for DUBLIN TOYOTA here in the bay area and a car exactly like that would sell for $23991 on our lot. Its loaded to the top so its worth between $17-19. I can assure you at that price there is anywhere from $2-5000 profit.

because UL isnt an option or available upgrade package for the gs430.

yup. some just come in chrome. adding those chrome 7 spokes from '03-'05 when purchasing the car new didnt add any additional "perks" along with it, or mean they were tacking on a different "package".. it just meant you asked for the chrome ones instead, and paid a couple bucks extra to get them.
