Default my inner brake lights are becoming clear?

sup guys...my car is a 99 and the inner circle brake lights are fading real bad...it almost looks likes a clear brake light. Any ideas on how to restore back to the original red? or do I have to purchase a new set?

Can't really restore it. The color is lost (happens on mostly 98-00) so you have to buy new ones, or try those red overlays. I have red bulbs and they helped a bit, but its still a bit orange.

this is normal wear and tear for these inner tails. I say just get a new pair of inner tails.

I agree - replace them. I see this all the time on 98-00 GS's driving around town. I've seen some that looked real bad. You could try red tint or overly but cost would probably be real close.
