Part Numbers GS300 1998 and best brands
Hello All,
I am having a lot of maintanence work done on my Lexus and am having problems locating part numbers. Has anyone replaced their fuel pump on the 98 gs300? If so can you please tell me where I can find the part numbers so that I might purchase the correct parts? Actually is there anyplace that I can find the part numbers for any parts I need on my car without having to call Lexus and ask for them all individually? Any online place available that I can look them up myself?
What is the best brand of fuel pump for my car?
Would any of you happen to know the part numbers for:
Fuel Pump
Fuel filter
spark plug wires (best brand?)
This may be a stupid question but have any of you ever replaced your Vvti Gear?

thank you GSTEG
I have a mechanic that is going to replace my fuel and water pump along with all my gaskets, filters and seals. He is going to do timing belt, tune up, clean the throttle body, change PVC as well as a few other things. I have to locate all the parts so I am trying to get all the best parts (brands) at the best price. Any suggestions as to what else I should have done would be greatly appreaciated. Thanks.

I looked up the list price for the Lexus OEM pump it's $306, and $220-240 or so if you can get a discount.
I still have my OEM fuel pump if you want a pump. I'll sell it to you for $50. It only has about 20k miles on it because I upgraded my fuel pumps to more powerful ones for my turbo setup. I bought my car new, in mid '05 and did the turbo setup in early 07 and the pump was pulled out at that time. Still in perfect condition, only pulled out because I needed a more powerful one.
