think about that again my man, thats a +5 or +6 wheel and tire combo. +2 will throw your speedo off approximately 4mph, speaking from experience going 15" to 17" on my old maxima back in the day, maxima had a 140mph speedo.

+5 or +6 may be similar on a 160mph speedo, percentagewise.

well it wasnt an uneducated number I threw out... Unless my GPS is wrong. It shows (e.i.) 57 while my speedo shows 55. same as my other car. Ive got 20's on it, the heads up display will read 57 while speedo shows 55.

and I BELIEVE I confirmed that with those parked radar machines... Once I get the car out of the paint shop, I'll drive by it again and see if im lieing!

You guys are totally against the chrome wheels on this side of the forum, I do agree, some of them are beyond painful to the eyes.
The two GS's wheels are not bad looking full face chrome, I seen worst. IMO they are pretty decent.

charmz you really can't complain about the roads in t-dot, I took my GS up there a couple of times East York and Mississauga to be exact and the roads are 100 times better than what we have in New York City.

What is funny though is the car reading a temperature of 180 degree...
I know its Canada

thats 18.0 my man not 180

I have a cdn car, my boys is from the states as you notice there are no headlight washers.

And mississauga aint really the city, you gotta come to the downtown toronto / scarborough / north york regions to see the roads conditions I have to deal with. I never been to new york city so I cant compare.

And technically a donk is not a donk unless it is LIFTED as both of these vehicles are LOWERED.

Looks the same to me. High off the ground with oversized tacky wheels.

more props for the original owner for doing what you like but
chances are the majority of the people on this thread will
not like that rim choice and size.

That shift **** is riding pretty low. I feel for the brakes on the Lexus with 2's. Not bad choice in wheels for both cars.

THOSE AREN'T DONKS!!! LoL THESE are...:

However, in my opinion, its not so much the size of rim that makes a donk... Donks are known to be riding high. Big rims can be tasteful when chosen properly and fitted right! I've got 22's and HOPE that when I dump it on the bags that it will be tasteful, if not, then downsizing will be done... Yea I admit 22's are pushing it on medium size cars, however I saw some 24's on a dumped '05 monte carlos that was CLEAN! but that was because they chose the right rim and dumped it right! my 2 cents...
