NEW MODS and CAR SHOW PICS

CSHFLW,
If the filter works for you... power to you man. As a suggestion, if you truly want a cold air effect you can have a fabrications shop tap a 3 1/8" diameter opening through the structural area under your the factory intake/or aftermarket intake area. You can either get an air scoop or cold air pipe and send it through the area before the front right pre-wheelwell (thats were the factory V300 intercooler goes... plenty of cool air if your car moves. This modification will not significantly reduce the GS's structural integrity (I am basing this on the Aristo).
Regarding a fake intercooler you can probably get a hybrid radiator that looks like an intercooler but in front of your A/C condenser. It might actually be pretty beneficial to the GS as an active heatsink... remember our cars come standard with a 5 fin Koyo radiator that is used to cool off the tranny, engine, motor oil, etc... I would of used at least a 19,000 GVW separate tranny cooler and a 6 fin radiator combo.

I just like it cuz it looks nicer....
About the radiator...I need something to fill the huge hole in the front bumper (win kit)....I looked at some tranny coolers and oil coolers but all seem too small or ugly (black not polished or silver like an intercooler)...any suggestions

yea, got my intake replaced. look at your tube, notice what side the air diffuser is on....on the bad pipe it's next to the MAF hole on the good pipe it's next to the throttle body side.....The intake also fits perfect now....only problem is I can't get the pipe to polish up very well....

And wouldn't a tranny cooler/intercooler block off most of the air to the radiator? If it was a large sized one?
