Default Question about service records on a 2001 GS300

I'm interested in buying an '01 GS300 with 52K miles. It's a one owner car that is in excellent condition, but it has quite an extensive service record. It's been over 13 years since I have owned a Toyota product, so I wanted to know if you guys think there is anything I should be concerned with.

25K - cabin air filter replaced

30K - 3 new tires, 4 wheel alignment, suspension system serviced, fuel injection system flushed/serviced

33K - Ignition coils replaced, o2 sensor replaced, electrical system serviced

36K - pads & rotors, cabin air filter replaced

39K - drive belts replaced

45K - battery replaced, two new tires, 4 wheel alignment

48K - power steering fluid flushed/replaced

49K - vehicle serviced?

50K - vehicle serviced?

52K - trade in - current dealer replaced cabin air filter (3rd time), four wheel alignment (3rd time),

Seems like a lot of tire/suspension/alignment issues. Car drove fine but I didn't go over 40 mph. The car was Lexus serviced 16 times over 7 years and 52K miles. I'm also a little concerned that it was at the dealer 3 times over the last 3K miles. Does this sound normal? Thanks!!
