looks real good. im gonna have to buy me a 01 grill now and do that. it really stands out with the silver.

BTW what wheels and specs do you have?
also, what suspension

Don't want to threadjack but thought I might be able to help quick. I tried a weak stripper on mine that didn't do much then went to nail polish remover and scrubbing with one of those green pads you'd use to clean dishes. Took alot more time but it came out great and didn't strip the parts I didn't want done. I don't know how this would work on an 01-05 and it wouldn't work real well if you're trying to take the paint off the whole thing but it worked great on the front of my 99 grill.

I did the same thing to my grill except i painted it all flat black and only left the Lexus Emblem chrome

I hate the complete blingy chrome look as well. that's why I only stripped the paint off the front slabs to give my grill the SD chrome grill color pattern
