Piggyback
Is there a piggy back that will control air/fuel and engine control? (ie rpm limits etc..) and if there are a few, which one would you recommend (and i am looking for the best bang for my buck...I just bought a full set of snap-on tools for my automotive classes...sooooo im not exactly looking to spend a ton...)

Just get it installed and dyno tuned by a good shop or install it yourself and get it dyno tuned correctly and you should be able to see some decent gains.

If you are looking for a A/F controller, then go with Camcon. You will get the bonus of a VVT controller as well, that would be the best bang for your buck.
As for shifting, raising the rev, only a stand alone ecu can do that and not all of them can, so that means some serious $ will have to be spent.

stand alone and re flashing are the ways to raise the limiter, unless your going f/i i don't think there are many advantages to raising the limit.
have you used the Camcon units before? any links to vvt tuning with those units and effects (pros/cons) of changing vvt points
