Default VIAIR Instal instructions...

I accidentally tossed the instructions and dont want to guess what to do. Does anyone have a scan of them or just want to explain? Viair doesnt have any downloads.. I have the dual 480 compressors. it came with 2 relays fuse holder and pressure switch. here are pics:

yea I feel kind of stupid, seems so simple... I'm just not too savy with using relays. Any other electronics I'm fine. so anyways, how do I wire up the relays, how/where do I install the pressure switch (at the tank). and the inline fuse holder I assume goes between the compressors and power signal... thank you.

Those fitting will only be used if you decide to run the external filter and tubing that came with your compressors.

Here is the location for the wiring diagram you need: http://www.universalairsuspension.co...ort/Wiring.pdf

You only need to reference the diagram at the top for those relays you using. Included also is how to wire up the valves.

The fuse holder they supplied you, you can use or if you already are running a stereo system you can tap into your distribution block. Just remember that when you add in your compressors to your overall electrical system you will be adding a significant draw when the compressors are running.

So in short if you are running a stereo system and the air, make sure your gauge of wire is think enough and you have a deep cycle battery. A high output alternator wouldn't hurt too.
