so i ordered my apexi ws2 exhaust from suprastore finally and its on backorder for like 2 - 3 weeks . i paid 583 and change for it. I haven't found it anywhere else for that price. is it worth the wait or should i just get my money back and order it from somewhere else?

 

when you pay good money for some thing you should not have to wait. apexi is very common go some were else. My 2 cents

 

unless the part is being imported which right now a lot of the imported parts are on backorder.

don't be ignorant, things take time, especially things that are coming in from other countries. If you order work wheels, they can take up to 4 months to be finished and sent to the US.

OP, regarding the backorder, a lot of companies will say 2-3 weeks to cover their asses in case it really does take that long, but its very possible it will come sooner than that

I feel the same way, it's enough to wait for shipping, but on top of that have to wait 2 to 3 weeks However; there are some things worth waiting for

 

fonz (and OP), i realize my post may have seem misguided. It was not toward the OP, it was to the closed-minded nature of the member above me's post.

just my opinion, we obviously share 2 different points of view on the subject from one another

 

2-3 weeks will go by in no time. Order it!!

 

i have one for sale. just havent posted up for sale. i'll probably do this weekend. i would probably try and do local first. the box is pretty big. when i bought mine it was like 2 big boxes.

i tried emailing them to see if they had it in stock or how long it would take for me to receive it if i bought it..and so far no response..its a small online biz..so iono how well known these guys are to be ordering through them

 

Who did you email? suprastore.com or apexi. i got apexi's number off the website. ill give them a ring in the morning. might call suprastore and see whats up while im at it.

 

i emailed suprastore 2 days ago and so far no response..if u call suprastore..ask if they got em in stock and how long it would take normally to receive the item..that way u have an ETA for it..and if all works out..ima probably place an order as well
