Default 2004 GS300 30k maintenance...How much should I expect to pay?

I got her earlier this year with 24,*** miles on it and with 29,525 today, I'm approaching the 30k maintenance. I'm about to schedule it with my closest Lexus dealer, so I'm trying to get an idea of what to expect to pay. I don't want to schedule it and then get there and hear something I'm not expecting.

Oh and possibly a stupid question but since the car is 4 years old, am I going to do the 30k service or the 48 month service??? so confusing.

Thanks in advance,
Joe

If you want to be 100% with the 30k and you have not done all these items yet you should.

1.oil change (every 5k)
2. transmission D&R (every 15k)
3.coolant(every 30k)
4.diff(every 30k)
5.air filter(every 15k)
6. a/c filter(every 15k)
7.balance and rotate(every 5k)
8.wiper inserts(every 15k)
9. BG fuel induction service(every 30k)(if you want the best performance)
10.Brake flush(manual calls at 60k but it is old fluid in your car)
11.BG trans and oil add's

$1000.00 (like I said if you want the best for your car)

You've got low mileage. I think at 30k miles you need only oil change, other than that it's all good.

I don't know anybody how balance and rotates tires every 5k miles, it's nonsense. As well as 15k tranny refill and a/c filter change = absolutely unnecessary

Well if you've got money to throw away, go this route. Other wise, just get an oil change, clean your throttle body, MAF, change your air filter, AC filter if it needs it, maybe do a drain and fill on your tranny if you'd like... just use Toyota ATF4 to be safe, same with the coolant just use Toyota Coolant to be safe.

You may want to do it yourself. 1)you get familiarized with your own vehicle 2)saves you money.

I called the dealer to do an oil change at 48k (bought the car with 44k) the rep told me to wait to come in at the 50k service. I did wait but only got the oil change. I got the car CPO from the dealer and all fluids/filters were changed. Did you get it as a CPO from the dealer?

Funny...we both have a 2004 GS300 and an LX sleeper actually i got the hatch but now with a seized motor

I know 1000's of people who balance and rotate every 5k to get the most life and keep perfect ride quality. Your manual call for the a/c filter to be changed every 15k. If you keep up on your trans drain and refills then a flush can wait alot longer. I did all these to my car and got top dollar for it when I sold it. The maint was important to the buyer of my car. She paid $25,000 for a super clean 100% maint 99 gs400 with 78k on it. You can only help your car out by doing these things. If you drive in alot of traffic or not had these items done yet they should be done. Always remember some cars may need things more often than others due to driving conditions and area. I live in DC so pot holes, traffic and harsh conditions are normal here. You may not see something like this. Just use your best judgement and keep all this in mind.
