I've got a 2000 GS4 and the blubs are yellow, the lens is clear.

The lens' are clear and the bulbs are yellow. I think I would stay with the yellow bulbs instead of the blue.

on the GS neither the bulbs nor the lens are yellow, they are both clear. There is however a yellow glass sleeve that the bulb is positioned in thus providing the traditional yellow fog light beam color.

Johnny Mo is correct. The lense is clear, the bulb is clear, but there is a yellow glass sleeve around the bulb. If you want the clear look, you have to break the glass tube, pick it out with a tweezer and vacuum cleaner. It's pretty easy.

All stock bulbs coming on factory GS's should be CLEAR.

GS's just have an extra yellow sleeve iniside the housing, just like everyone else said.

If your bulb is yellow, then the previous owner or dealership changed the original set up for some reason...

i don't think that my previouse owner changed anything, he bought his car form the dealership and i highly doubt that he actually went and change anythin there..
