If the car has been well maintained I say go for it if you can get it for 4stacks! Toyota products will run damn near forever if taken good care of. Just make surea ll the nmajor maintentance like timeing belt, water pump, belts,e tc have been changed at the correct intervals. My car currently has 211k mikes on it and its still purring like a kitten, well rather a tiger!lol you should see the look on people's face when I tell them the mileage. I plan on driving it until the wheels fall off. Plus no car payment everymonth for the past few years is great, especially with the way the economy is right now. I say.....DO IT..DO IT!!!!

I might suggest you take it into a knowledgable Lexus mechanic now that it's your car / problem.

Chances are there will be things that need fixing, will need fixing so getting an idea of what and when is never a bad thing.

Enjoy

I ended up getting it for $4150 after all of the taxes and dealer fees, been driving it for about three days and loving it, i would like to make a correction though, the interior isnt beige its grey. But i hope to have pics soon, im not sure where I want to start first as far as modding.
