Default 1999 Lexus GS300 206,000 miles?????

Whats up clublexus, im back, and had a question for yall out there, its a 1999 Lexus GS300 for sale that im looking to buy for $4700, its silver, beige interior ,the body and interior are in great shape the only thing is the car has 206,000 miles, all the maintence has been kept up, I test drove it and it drove fine, and for the price even if i did have to put another engine in it in about another 100,00 miles i would do it, but with the miles im not sure if im just setting myself for alot more work than im looking for, what yall think?

not the most ideal color combo, but i'd say you're alright even with 206k.

just make sure you're prepared to make up the cost of buying a newer model with less miles in maintenance and repairs, she should last you at least another 100k

oh, and definitely don't pay more than 3500-4000.

Fine the sound things they my have swapped the guts. Besides with 206k averaging bout 20K a yr-its on its last leg. Go to edmunds.com and check out the TMV. Personally, Id offer him 3000 to 3500 bc he cant trade it in and he obviously doesn't want to keep it. GoodLuck and post pics asap.

not necessarily an interior swap. matter of fact, i doubt theres anyone whod want to go tan to black, if anything theyd go the other way around.

Its easily worth the 4Kish range if you dont want to spend 8-10k for something with 150kish miles.

damn. well worth it.

i have a 98 GS300 with 187k on it. i'll be hitting 206k by next April or May. I plan on hitting 250k and then either selling it and getting a diff lexus or just keeping it for fun to see how far it'll go.
