if u didn't start driving in first, with E-shift, when it switchs to second gear, as a saftey feature Most cars have... it wont allow the car to engage back to first gear until the car slows down to about 23-27 MPH it's somewhere around that area, if u try experimenting with that, you should be able to feel it kick down again once it coasts down to that MPH...

If you really need to start in 1st select L with the shifter (which I think is pointless, you won't launch any faster than M2 and will slow yourself down trying to predict when to shift to 2).

grr
no i didn't tryed it with e-shift.. we already figure out that it doesn't go below 2nd
i just manually move shifter from P to R then to D then to 3 then to 2 then i've tryed to move it to the L (1) and it wont move there.
so thats why i'm asking
is this suppose to be like that or am i missin something? or is there a some lock for this?

I think this is a CAFE issue (Corporate Average Fuel Economy). Most cars with a 'select shift' auto tranny need to start in second gear in order to meet fuel economy requirements.
Try, at rest, downshifting as far as possible ... probably second gear. Then accelerate at wide open throttle. If it behaves like some other select shift cars, it will kickdown to first.
