Getting 18's in the front and 19's in the back? Bad?

I would think it would be fine depending on the stance. The back can sit lower in the rear and balance out the front. Not to mention but you could even go for a 30 sidewall in the rear and a 35 in the front. Go for it!!!

I dont know about this... I've never tried but I'm sure it will look goodKeep in mind if you ever decide to sell these; some may not like this set-up. I went stagg b/c of the popularity.

yeh as all have said it can be done. problem is that the rear tucks more than the front anyway even at the same size wheel/tyre due to the arch design, so it just takes some more tweaking to get it looking nice and low up front and not tucking *too much* up back.
some of the japanese cars ive seen on websites etc do the same thing but 19s Front and 20s Rear so they get nice full arch up front and can tuck rim up back with being on the floor
