so i just got some new HIDS for my fogs after getting my headlights fixed...right now im going with 6000k HIDs for my headlights and 8000k for my fogs. i was hoping the 8000k would be more of a blueish than it is now..anyone have the same set up or am i the only retard to do this?
Why do you want bluer light for your fogs? To look cool? Why not use it for it's intended purpose as fogs? I would either keep them stock or put yellow HIDs in there.

i already got them in...but yeah i want more of a blueish look cuz i dont want the typical yellow lights. in my area i really dont need bright FOGS. i got a hook up on them and it kinda looked weird to me but im starting to like me. but yeah i did have yellow...got tired of it when 50 other white gs's have em as well! thanks for the input guys...looks like im leaving them on.

well personallyi think matching fogs to low beams pulls it together a little better. I wouldn't bother swapping bulbs because that's pricey. Maybe hit up aerotect or ebay for a more bluish overlay like the 2IS guys do?
yeah i was goinng to do that but he couldnt get the 6000k so he gave me the 8000k for free. eh its free so why say no right?
completely understandable, we think alike. that's why i suggested overlays, theyre so cheap and will give you the desired result with the lights on, and also look pretty good with the lights off.
