I get my sensors from rockauto.com I always went with the Denso brand sensors specific to each location. Are both sensors on Bank One? There are write ups on this forum if you search and the just is something pretty much anyone can do themselves. You can use universal denso sensors and save a few bucks, you just have to use the wiring harness from your old sensor and wire them up.
Go to AutoZone or Advanced auto and get the codes read for free. Post them up here so that we can be more helpful.

You'll probably suffer from poorer than usual fuel economy...

Sensors might be a little on the expensive side plus it is definately not a 5 min. job. It is more like a 2 hour job if done correctly. As for the OP, how old is your car since the O2 sensor might be seized on the cats. So prepare to have them cut off and weld another bung in place. Secondly, just get the universal densor O2 sensor and solder them into your old pigtail harness. that'll save you some money.
