3 different #'s? hrmm i dunno i never had to change any on my 430 so i don't know if there is something different going on, wish i could be a little more insightful i definetly don't want to steer you in the wrong direction though.

what i was saying though is

Bank 1 Sensor 1 & 2 are the same, and Bank 2 sensor 1 & 2 are the same..

Bank 1 sensors should be Upstream sensors before the cat and designed the same, bank 2 sensor should be a after cat down stream sensor and both of them should be the same..

I believe the wire for the front 02 sensor on the right side is longer in length than the left, hence the 3 part numbers.

ordered these after months of procrastination as i prepare for my header install finally.

also PM'ed a mod and asked them to change the title to

"Friendly tidbit of info regarding O2 sensors" instead of seonsers so if people search for it, its easier to find this.

Bank 1 = driver side

Bank 2 = passenger side

Sensor 1 = upstream

Sensor 2 = downstream

Does anybody have a better picture of the Bank 2, Sensor 1?

There are a few sensors that I see on the passenger's side, but can't differentiate them.

I know everyone is trying to save as much $$$ as possible but is Denso really a better brand to stick off with then NGK? I wanna purchase all 4 sensors because lately my CEL has been on and off and it's related to those sensors, exhaust gaskets, etc.. But I don't know which one to go for. I don't mind spending the extra $100+ for the NGK because I feel more comfortable buying Japan products then these cheap made in USA products. So Please, for those that have had the Denso o2 sensors, have they been reliable? How many miles after installation? Please and thanks 1,000,000,000 x in advance!

Is this information deemed reliable and accurate? Can someone verify? Is Bank 1 & 2 Sensor 1 really the exact same? Wire length and everything on both sides? And is Bank 1 & 2 Sensor 2 really the exact same including wire length to plug in location? pPease someone help me out. I plan to do this on my own but I wanna make sure I purchase the right sensors before I make a DIY. I wanna give reliable info to the best of my ability. Please and thanks!!!!!

Noob question, but what part #'s am I looking at to replace all four sensors on a GS400 (99).

Thanks.

LOC 1
Denso OE identical O2 sensor 234-4169 234-4169 Front 2 Sensors Required
Denso OE identical O2 sensor 234-4623 234-4623 Rear 2 Sensors Required

Can someone help me figure their table out? Are some sensors the same of the four?

Buddy you really have to study your car and locate exactly where are the 4 o2 sensors located. I'm guessing you have 2 sensors that's the same in the front probably meaning before the catalyst and 2 sensors in the rear that's the same probably meaning after the catalyst. I have a 01' GS430 and as you can see in the posts above our posts there should be a big picture showing where the o2 sensors are located in my model car. Even though it says FWD 6 cylinder it's for the GS430. Look on google images for a 02 sensor diaphragm on your model car. But you definitely have 2 of the same sensors before and after your catalyst. If you can't find it on your own search around. Your info is limitless with the web. Good luck my friend. I'm in the same process as you.
