Default jdm 2jzgte vvti swap wiring harmness question..please help

hello club member..i got a 98 gs300 and i try to swap to jdm twin vvti but i don't know what harmess i will using ...stock gs300 engine or jdm twin harmness ....if i using stock gs300 harmess do i have to modified something to make it work>>>??? i'm confuse at that point..any suggestion ??? please help..thank

do i have to rewired or modified the harmness..??? i mean from the ignition lock to the ecu ??? i just don't want to get stuck when everything drop in and then bla bla bla again....
