Honestly, sure you can guess, coil pack, injector, wire harness or burnt valve, but the trick is narrowing it down without spending money on unnecessary parts and HOPE it works.

Pulling the spark plug and reading it is the first step...

Umm dunno... All it Said was Misfire in Cylinder 4 at Autozone...the same thing happened a month and a half ago... Replaced the Sparkplug in Cylinder 4 Ran Fine.......

Probably a loose connection on the #4 cylinder coil. The ignition coil and boot can come apart from each other easily when changing plugs. Make sure the boot and coil are still attacthed properly, if they are, check for arcing on the boot. If there is arcing present, replace ignition coil.
