Shaved my fenders and STILL RUB! PLZ HELP
Got my fenders shaved today. I was happy drive home and there was a big bump on the freeway and I hear what sounds like rubing. My first reaction was oh no not still. So I get home and check it out. The rubing has moved from the tread to the edge of the sidewall. To make matters worse not only did the fender hit the sidewall it also hit the lip of my rim. I now have cinnabar paint on a small portion of the lip of my rim. I dunno what to do. Im afraid that I could possibly rub and pop the beed of my tire off.
I know some of you are runing more aggressive offsets than my 30mm offset and are lower than I am and you guys arent rubing any advice would be awesome.
the rims are 20inch donz montanas with 30mm offset with 255s

hmm...forgot to task you for widths. A 255 +30 should not rub at all, depending on aspect ratio. I would say upwards of a 35 aspect ratio would certainly rub. Usually youd go 2x5/35 in the front and 2x5/30 in the rear with 20s.

Its not big but its noticeable when you look at it. When I get the pics you guys will see. Im more worried about it poping the beed of the tire off my rim while driving. That would be horrible.
