Default Help Plz!! AC Fuse Blown...electrical problem

I havent turned AC on in a week...fan is blowing all lights are on but compressor wont turn on or sumthing. took the car to corner repair shop he pluged some kind of wires with compressor and told me gas is filled and compressor is good so it is a electrical problem ..I just installed all LEDS in my car week ago and couple of fuses were blown so just a side Track>>>>>that I did mess with fuse boxes on kick panel pasenger side and under the hood, I mighet have messed up on the fuses ! so that guy told me it could be a fuse or reply only ...I cant really read the fuses much they have come kind of codes and Japanese written and last time i checked i failed in Japanese Class in College! Lol
Anyone knows what and where is the fuse/Relay for A/c by any chance ! Thanks everyone
