I used the 3M headlight restore kit on a friends Ford Focus that had some of the worst headlights, not sure how any light was getting through all that haze. I had seen the kit before and thought it wasnt worth it but decided to try it on these terrible headlights. After using the kit exactly as instructed the headlights are now crystal clear, and best part is the drill did all the work. For about $20 it comes with everything you need, even the small pads and chuck to hook up to a drill. Now when I do this on a set of my GS headlights I will go ahead and put the clear bra over the headlights for added protection because during the sanding process you remove some amount of the plastic from the headlight and you dont want to do this more than a few times if you have to.
