Default damn cel codes

I have p0300,p0301,p0303,p0305,p0307,p1346,and finally p01349.
That's gotta be a record at one time. It's a 98 gs400, I searched and found most had the generic p0300 code with maybe 1 other code but nobody with all...I need expert help. I cleared all the codes and they came back a few min later. These all came on at once. My check engine, vsc on and vsc off all are lit up on the dash. The car runs fine with a slight loss in power, but at idle the engine shakes like crazy but never stalls. Anyone work at lexus or is a tech that might be able to help? I know what all the codes mean, I just don't want to buy random parts. My timing belt was changed last year by lexus at 149,xxx and I now have 154,xxx (only like 5k). I also had my ecm replaced as part of the recall campaign prior to this. So as far as timing belt jumping or ecm needing reflash, I would say no. Coilpacks rarely go out, and to have the whole left side of them fail at once, seems out of the question also. Sounds like something with vvti control, such as cam sensor.
I checked all electrical connections to all injectors, cleaned mass air, burnt what gas I had (in case of bad gas) and refilled with 92 (which I always use),reset ecm and voila... there back. Anyone who can help? I can't bring the car in to the dealer right now because the holiday's are right here Someone ....anyone.....thanx

Bolth replaced by lexus. Just some more info...... The ecm was a part of a campaign that included early 98 gs models to upgrade to the new style ecm. timing belt was done once at 115,000 and again at 149,000. I had a cam seal leak and since they were in there anyway I had them do the belt again. Oil had gotten all over the 1st one anyway.

Exactly.....just one day out of the blue car started shaking at a light and dash lit up , which leads me to believe its gotta be a sensor. If I take it to the dealer they will just go down the list changing parts at my cost. There are hardly any real mechanics left

I would verify Valve Timing is correct.
This might involve removing the upper timing belt covers to visually check, maybe a timing light or a scanner that reads timing.

My gut feeling is the timing is off.
Could be a failed tensioner.
Lexus covers their parts and labor for 1 year, you could be covered if it was replaced 5k ago.

Good luck and keep us posted...

I had new tensioners and belt installed at 115,000, and just a t-belt along with all front seals at 149k . You wouldn't think they would fail at 34k, ya think? I'm going to go out and pull the plugs in a little bit...thanx
