Some people gripe about the cost of body work at a good body shop. If they have ever tried it themselves then they would not complain about what it costs. It is truly a insane amount of work to get a GOOD paint job. I'm just demonstrating to everyone here what it takes to lay down a quality paint job.
Prep work is about 85% of the entire job, the actual painting is the easy part compared to everything else. I have some friends come over to help and we are on day 2 of prepping the car for paint lol.

Yes, I agree, you get what you pay for and there IS alot of work involved especially if you want a quality job. I know firsthand, my brother runs qc for a bodyshop that caters to luxury cars and exotics.
