thanks to Rene thank you sir ! I have a bad Crank sensor I believe after checking it tonight ... I put my Tb back in and adjusted the tps and it cranked over but did not start .. I have put my stock TB back in the car and took out the one from Florida
Now to test a crank sensor ! caoboy wanna drive up and we can obd2 test your car ? its a ten mil bolt and unplug a sensor ...

the obd2 didn't read anything about a crank sensor ... I will look up for a used one to test if no luck ..

I dont believe i have anyone to let me test a 100.00 part so I will order one tomorrow and test it out ... if it doesnt work im in hell and I will have a place for you to crash haha
we'll see how the test goes but i know for my BMW if my crank angle sensor went out then I wont be able to start the car .. keep you posted

James, sorry I couldn't get to this earlier, I usually zone out on the weekends...
To test the Crank Position Sensor, just ohm it out, it has 2 pins
Cold 1630-2740 ohms
Hot 2065-3225 ohms
Obviously you'll be checking for the cold indication. Since you already ordered a new one, check that one so you can see what you should be getting on the one that's installed.

James to save you time and effort, just bring it to the lexus dealership bro, just pay the diagnosis fee (depending on the dealership its anywhere from 85-130 bucks) Let them find out whats wrong then take it back and you fix it bro..

yikes this thread is giving me nightmares since my car wont start either and I am just about to begin diagnosis. Anyway lots of great ideas on where to start here.
