Default Yet other question about wheel offsets

Will 18x8 +20 and 18x9.5 +25 fit my car without mods? I have searched and couldn't find a conclusive answer. I plan on running 235/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rear

I don't know the answer...but here's something I've used.
http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

I referenced the stock wheel with 16in 7.5 and 50mm offset. The rear was okay using 30mm spacers. The front sticks out using 25mm spacers (20mm should be good). Not lowered.

you should not have a problem if you were any lower you would probably need fender mods.

hmm, almost the same setup on the wheels i am getting. Got the wheels and not sure if they will even fit. Not to caring on fender rolling. I have 19x9.5 an 10.5 20off From what i have seen they should fit no problem rolling the inner lip on the fenders. but if i flip them so they are neg 20..will have to stretch tire and fender pull i am assuming?

right now my rear tires tuck when i have someone in the back seat which is quite often. do you think i'll run the risk of rubbing? will have the look of the wheel coming out beyond the fender?

what exactly do you mean flip them? mount the face of the rim to a hub? not only is that a horrible looking and unsafe idea, how would you even accomplish it? (unless its a 3piece or 2piece rim that you can dismount the face and reset it)

with a negative 20 yes you will have to make some serious fender mods, especially if you are lowered.

what rims/tires do you have on now? If you shave the inner lip of your fender I dont see you having too many problems, maybe a light pull if absolutely necesary.
