Don't you need to buy the harness too because those bulbs are for 50 W ballast ?

I'd say give MobileHID a try. The bulbs are on SALE right now for 90 shipped (D2R) bulbs...you can't go wrong with that

i have 99 gs400.
does it always equipped with D2R, or some of them come with HB4. (i saw that in the manual.
please confirm before i order one pair of 6000K bulbs for replacement.

If they are HID, then its D2R. If they are halogen, they are 9006.
