Default Where to get some quality 6000k bulbs

I have decided to replace the factory 4300k HIDS bulb with 6000k bulbs with the factory ballast. Any recommendations where to get some quality 6000k bulbs that would go well with the factory ballast ? Much appreciated if can help!

Check out www.piaa.com. They carried really good quality bulbs (i,e..6000k or 4300k). It a little expensive but they stands behind their products. I have it on my other car and it last for 8 yrs now...I like it...but I don't know any other products that has that kind of qualities and you can search here....

xenondepot is a forum sponsor: they have good stuff.

PM CL member Cliffud: he runs mobileHID, he'll give you a good deal, also good stuff.

I bought my 6000k pnp kit from XenonKing.com, they also have the factory size bulbs in 6000k, good deal, excellent product, excellent customer service.

Good luck

and guys, remember different manufacturers K ratings produce different color output, which is why 10000k can either be blue, purple, green or whatever, just like 6000k may have varying amounts of blue, green, and purple in it.

+1 mobilehid and xenondepot are forum sponsors that offer great service and quality products. I've bought from mobilehid a few times and Steve at xenondepot has been very helpful when I've messaged him with questions and quote requests. Never dealt with xenonking but if jcat vouches for them that's worth something.

I've got mobilehid 6000k's in my factory HID reflectors and fogs and they are a little more purplish than blueish, so take that into account.

Any aftermarket HID bulb in a 2GS reflector halogen headlight setup will create a cutoff point that will scatter like crazy and you well be gettin flashed by oncoming traffic b/cuz they will think you are rollin w/ your high beams on.

Most here on CL recommend a retro fit or a swap w/ OEM projectors to yield the color temp you wanna run with the stock cutoff point.

Or you can just roll with me and blind people with 6K in the lows (halogen setup) and 3K in OEM yellow fogs.

Go with MobilHID or XenonDepot
