They really don't make anything in that color combo, but you can always just paint/tint them. Always something to look into.

never seen a pair to match the black on black lights, Jusr tint the inner lights to match the outer all black taillights.

I do have a black GS3. I plan to black out the chrome around the belt line and around the windows; will also do something to black out the exhaust tips; and I am trying to figure out what I want to do with the grill. I've been trying to find the right black daily driver for years, and I plan to have the GS3 completely blacked out by the time I am done. Who knows, I might even take the whole car flat black one day. Stock sucks, and so does looking like everyone else.

If money isn't an problem, I'd look into just shaving the inner tails or using the Junction Produce pieces that basically delete the inners. It sounds like that would suit your goal better than any other option. BTW, that's extreme blacked out you're shooting for.
