Tonight I'm gonna get my windows tinted, I'm very excited...

Right now I only have 35% on all of the sides and back windows. I plan to put 5% on top of the 35% which will make it out to be 3.8%

I'm also goint to be tinting the entire front windshield with 35% to make it look nice and uniform.

Isn't tinting the front window highly illegal? Usually cops won't pull you over for dark tint but 3.8% and a tinted windshield means you'll be on the side of the road at least once a week. It'll look good though. I just hope its worth it

I live in AZ, the cops don't mind it. My old vehicle had 35% on front windhshield with double 5% on front sides and triple 5% on rear and back....

This makes no sense to me and I live in AZ. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. 5% alone is ridiculous to see out of at night. I can't imagine any darker.

Cops will bust your *** for tint on the windshield in AZ. Even with 50%, my buddy has been ticketed.

It's very easy to beat the tint laws here in AZ, all you do is go to Beverly Hills car wash on rural and university and talk to Mike(i think thats his name) and ask him to make you a reciept that shows tint removal and tip him $5, then take that to the court house show them that you have removed the tint even though it's still on your car and you get out of the $150 fine

I was talking to kyoso23, he has the black SC, he also has tint on front windshield and he says he never has that many issues and takes the same freeways from work to home as I do. I take Priest to 202 to 101 then get off on shea. I've been taking the same route for 3 years and have only been busted once, but it was because I was in the carpool lane in the morning trying to get to work on time because we have a $250 per month attendance bonus if your never late. Anyways I would have done only 5%, but the 35% film that was already on my car is in perfect condition so I decided to layer the 5% over the top of it. With the (2) films combined it's 3.8%. Stripping tint is hella hard to do so I decided to take the easy route.

I know it's not as safe, but I've had 35% on front windshield and double limo on sides for 5 years and never had any issues with being able to drive. I keep my side windows down most of the time.

Wow, that's going to be really dark, impossible to back-up during the night!!?? With even 35% tint on the front windows we attract cops here in IL.

I'd say 50% all around is nice and balanced, but obviously my taste doesn't equal everyone else's
