if you wanna do it the right way, take it to a body shop and have it molded in. If you're doing it yourself, there are a couple DIYs on the site. Involves 3m tape and a couple screws. I figure you're getting it painted at a body shop anyways so you might as well mold it and not worry about it.

First off, $450? Jesus Christ!!! Time to sell mines!!
Btw, who uses 3M tape? IMO, using 3M will prevent it from flushing to the oem bumper.
The TTE lip kit comes with a cleaning agent, black adhesive glue and a few screws. Stick with that....and alot of tape to hold it in place while the glue dries.
If you know you will never part with this lip...then go ahead and mold it in...it will cost a bit more from your shop...but what the heck.

^^ yeah molded looks 102740650184 times better. I'd rather just have to repaint than completely repair or just buy a new lip. If your body shop fiberglasses it in the right way you won't have to worry about anything. Bottom line: do what you want and what you can afford, but my personal opinion is that molded looks far better.

thanks for the help. and yea i paid 350$ for it but i threw in that extra 100$ cuz of paint. but yea i might just get it molded since i need a paint job on the bumper. i should just re-do the whole bumper. its always better to do things right then half-*** but thanks for the pictures that helped a lot. and i have a gap in between my bumper and right below the passenger side headlight i wonder if the body shop could fix that also. who knows. i just ordered it and when i get my roof wing im going to go get them painted. might give me a deal. but yeah once again thanks for the help i appreciate it.

molded does look a lot better..but in my case..i wouldnt because i would probably scrape everywhere and end up cracking the molded areas from flexing and whatnot
