Default 2001 GS430 Correct offset for 20" Wheels? +35mm or +45mm?

I have a stock suspension 2001 GS430 and am wanting Falken Explicit black/chrome lip 20x8.5 wheels, not staggered. I am looking at Falken FK452 tires in a 245/35ZR20. My question is that I'm not sure which rim size will work on this setup because they have the wheel in a +35mm or +45mm offset and I don't know anything about that. I want the deepest wheel possible with a large chrome lip. Also, if I eventually upgrade my suspension will either of these choices be better for that?
Here is the link to the wheels choices I've decided on and there's actually 3 choices I'm confused on that are ending in 020 021 or 022??? http://www.falkentire.com/xhtml/whee...il.php?wheel=7
