any one have diy on putting in a non nav a/c Climate control unit?

I went aftermarket and want to put in a non navi climate control unit to replace the screen thats in my car now...does anyone have a write up or has done it before? i need help on the wiring portion of it.

Since you have a 2005 GS40, the wiring part of it is easy. Just remove the two white AC molex plugs from the nav screen (They are the ones in the center area) then plug them directly into the non nav control unit. Its as simple as that. If you buy the OEM double DIN kit, it will come with the metal side brackets that directly fit the non nav climate control as well. Everything would be plug and play. The only part you would need to tap wires for is the aftermarket double DIN head unit as there is no aftermarket wire harness for the GS, so you'll have to find the 12V+ ING, ground, and such wires by yourself and tap into them.
