Has anyone had a problem with there tint effecting their radar. I have 35% Solar Guard all around with a 6in strip on my front windshield. I plan on hardwiring the radar and tucking it between my rear view mirror and my windshield. Do you foresee any problems?

I had a cheapo radar from Walmart for a while and have 6" strip on my windshield too, front are 35% and rears are 20% and it didn't affect anything. I think as long as the tint is ceramic your good.

Avoid metallic tint like the plague.
