Besides spark plugs, what else should be changed as a tune up?? I mean for those of you who are college students and are broke and wanna keep your gs maintained and are on budgets, whats the easy main DIY parts that you can and should do for a tune up??

thx! but it doesnt have anything about spark plugs and whatnot? can anyone chime in on what they have done and replaced and at what mileage? I have 85k miles...

what else should i change in addition to the spark plugs? the coil packs too? and stuff like that..

also, by timing belt, it is not referring to the drive belt that powers the ac/ps n whatnot right?

check the car manual, iirc, there is a maintenance guide in there. also, check lexus website...or your local dealer's website; many will have maintenance details there.

Air filter
Spark plugs
Cabin air filter

Dealership might also change fluids and rotate tires and the serpentine belt. Could check/change diff fluid

ok cool. so I pretty much got everything down...all I need is the spark plugs, serpentine belt, tensioner, n brake fluid changed.
