Got my JVC AVX710 and HD-Tuner and going to install. Figured its time because the stock head-unit display is doing the predator countdown (will post pix) . The black plastic from after market double din obviously doesn't match so I want to cover it with the wood trim kit. Would be nice if I knew which kit is compatible. i think it has to be custom , someone made one out of wood and had someone paint the grain on there it looks pretty good

^^^^No i wasnt speaking upon any perticular picture, i was simply stating that i had seen one that looked really good custom. Post a pic of the perticular one , as far as i know there arent any "kits" that are for aftermarket DD. You can however call a dashkit company and ask them if they will fab something for you.

Ok i see the pic your talking about , that looks like it def an aftermarket dash kit . Notice you the OEM burl is off in color and grain to the radio , a/c, cluster bezel etc. maybe he purchased the dash kit for a nakamichi and cut the button portion out kepping the perimeter

Actually that color is closer to my wood which has a similar red hue. I see your point just don't want to hear it I want the easy way.
