I made custom mdf mounts, look simular to the ones in the link, only diff is I put a slight angle on them to bring the sound stage up to a higher level for the mid bass. Easy to build them, I only spent about 2.5 hours for all four of them and used scrap mdf I had laying around, I do custom installs and speaker boxes for a living.
