Is there a way to make the cigarette lighter active even when the car is off?

I keep my bluetooth headset in the car, and I would like to be able to charge it when the car is parked overnight, so I can use it while driving. Is there a way to do this?

Tap the power source to a constant 12v.

I am not sure if the 12V or the Ground is switched but whichever it is would need to be supplied to a constant feed. I actually plan on doing this mod and adding a switch in my center console to turn it full time on or full time off.
