I'm thinking about trying it to even out the drop.
They are made of hard rubber, so I think they will last a while, but they're very cheap in price and all major auto parts stores have them in stock, so they are not hard to get. By one side, do you mean rear because the rear looks lower than the front or are you talking about the driver side beacause that's the side that has weight at all times?
Etherway, it does not affect anything besides help the spring during hard compression changes. You might get some what of a stiffer ride, but it won't be much different than having a harder spring rate on springs or coilovers.

I have uneven drops. Driver side drops more than passenger side in fronts. The rear, passenger side drops more than driver side. LOL.

Yes it's cheap and it's worth playing around with. Thanks for bringing it up.

Thanks, guys. I love the look of my wheels, but am seriously kicking around selling/trading for 18s or 19s for these reasons:
-- Front tires rub on the front fender liners over large dips in the pavement. Not much, but enough.
-- I break a sweat every time I hit a bump (and I live in Wisconsin)
-- They're on the heavier side. I noticed a difference in performance. My MO has been 70% performance/30% appearance; these wheels are 80% appearance, 20% performance.
