I feel for you man... The same day I got my 19" Lowenhart BR5's, I went to the car wash and afterwards noticed I had slight scratches on the outer lip on my front left wheel. I think they scratched my wheel when putting it threw the car wash. Bastards!

I spoke with the manager and they are going to pay for it. I just need to get some estimates. Can they be fixed/polished out? Luckily they admitted to it. I even ask the guy who was doing the alignment if the equipment would scratch the rims, and he said no.

Default I know of a place in OC

I know of a place that does miracles......about 5 months ago I bent one of my Enkei Phallenx 3 peice 19s rims back after hitting a huge pothole on the 405 that I didnt see. I thought the rim was a total loss and was ready to get a new one, when I had a friend tell me about this place. It is off Fairview and Warner in Santa Ana, its kinda out of the way so i'd have to go over there and get the exact address and/or directions for you. Anyhows, to make a long story short, I paid $90 to get all the bends and dents out of the rim and it looked and drove as good as new. I'm gonna be goin back there too, cuz I let my dad borrow my car and he put scratches on both passanger side rims. PM for more info to remind me.

you can get the scratch fixed. All that will need to be done is to fine sand (2000 grit) the scratch. The only problem is that most of the rims have a clear coat on it. when you fix the scratch, they may not be able to put a clear coat on it because in order to do a good job, they will need to remove ALL of the clear coat, and that may be just too expensive.
