NO HOPE for WEAPON R! (long)
Well guys, I posted a comment in another thread and now I'm going to make it offical! Over 3 weeks ago I was talking to Leo over @ Weapon R and he told me that they had Dragon intakes w/new dragon filter and Cold-air boxes in stock for my Lexus. I was very excited and even talked about having the ECU installed @ there facility a few weeks later. I placed the order with a guy named Nick and gave him all my info + Credit card #. I told him I was from Club Lexus, gave him my screen name and received a discount! He then told me I should receive it in a few days. Well........ 2 1/2 weeks later, I have sent 3 e-mails (no replies) and 2 phone calls (left messages) no one answered the calls. So now I'm stuck wondering what the hell happened to my order. Thankfully, I just checked with my Credit card and they did not bill me for anything yet. However, I'm very upset with this situation. This is not the first problem I've had with Weapon R. 2 months ago I ordered an intake for my 01 GS300 and was sent a '98 and up intake. The air sensors are totally different! Luckly I have a buddy who has a 99 GS300, so I sold it to him. Anyway, I think I was treated very poorly and would not do business with this company. I understand that some of you have Weapon R products and might have had good service with them. I also know some of you have had a problem. As for me, It's been nothing but problems. From one Club member to another, all I can say is that WEAPON R failed to provide me with decent customer service, or a quality product! IMO, there product is not worth the headaches...

LXOGOOD: Im so sorry you recieved this kinda service from my sales rep.. I will look into this and see what happened ..
I know that Nick has had alot of problems..
Alot of orders from other customers..
Again i appologize and will look into this asap..
