Default New here have some questions

Hi I just bought a 1999 GS300 White with 36k miles its one owner some old lady owned it. It is the perfect blank slate car that I was looking for.

I want to have it look something like this in the end can somebody tell me what rims/suspension this is?
Also the % tint?

it is a clean ride but its ALSO not the OP's he was just using it for a visual reference..

to the OP the tint looks like mine....bout 3% or 5% (here is a link to my setup http://us.lexusownersclub.com/forums...=49783&hl=tint )

not sure bout rims....ask some of the wheel *****s on here...like wringo and a few others
