you mean how to remove and install new headlight housing? If so, it's pretty straight forward. Go to Jeff's DIY page and follow the bumper removal steps and then the headlights will pop off easily by removing three bolt.
no there was a post about someone making NEW headlight lenses for us awhile ago. i remember watching it till it seemed to die down and now i havent seen it or heard bout it in ages
