this was exactly what was happening to me. It would feel fine going into a parking spot but out of the blue, the power cuts out and I almost miss my spot then only to over correct it. It was unpredictable and so intermittent so I plugged it back in.

Maybe there is a difference between 430 and 400's steering ECU. GSteg, was your ECU blue or brown?

i did the mod today! i gotta say.. it feels great and it actually does feel like a bmw. Best free mod ever! Thanks CK6speed!
