Thanks again for all the insight.

Sometimes they list it at that price because they feel like they need to get back all the extra money they spent on extra parts...

It's a tad overpriced... you have to keep in mind how much car resale values have fallen these past few months... All of the mods do not really ad any value to the car, even though they all seem nice.

Simple. It's only worth what your willing to pay for it. When cars begin to age, especially over 10 years its hard to put a market value on them regardless of Edmunds, KBB, NADA, etc. If it is a one owner car with all the maintenace records, no accidents, clean interior, etc. then I would say that its worth the asking price. It would most likely fit in the upper end of any value book.

If it needs some work mechanically or maintenance items that have been overlooked (ball joints, timing belt, etc.) then I would start haggling on the price.

You are on an automotive enthusiast website that is dedicated to Lexus vehicles. The owner of the car is always going to place a higher value on the car than any potential buyer. The flip side of that is many of the buyers believe themselves to be car savy and want to get the best deal so of course they are going to find the car to be over-priced.

Default Inspect It.

If you're serious, it's worth having it inspected at a Lexus dealer. Florida does not require any sort of safety inspection when a vehicle is sold. He is the second owner. It could have ball joints, brakes, and other issues not seen in the pics which are pretty impressive.
