Another VSC Question

Ok so about two weeks ago I fixed both my VSC sensors. I had driven the car a few miles and to my surprise all the lights came off! A few days later they came back on. One wire ripped some how on the pass side front.
Pulled it off made sure both sensors were clean again and got everything back in. Its been a few days, I have been driving around and the lights still haven't come off. I tested the sensors and both are giving me a correct reading.
Another thing is The VSC OFF light will randomly go on and off. So ill start that car and it will be on... if i take off the car and start it again later it would be off... and the VSC button doesnt turn it on or off.
Any idea what else I need to check? There are NO CEL codes being thrown. My brake fluid is also looking good so i don't think its that.

Well my issue to be completely exact is:
The "VSC", "ABS" and "VSC OFF" lights are all ON.
Lets say I start up the car the "VSC OFF" light will either come on or it won't
If I restart the car and it wasn't on before it will come on.
First thing I did was check the sensors to make sure I get the correct resistance. I did.
Next I pulled the sensor out cleaned off the grease on the tip of the sensor.
As far as the reset procedure do a search and you'll come across the instructions. If I find it first ill post it up.
The sensors are located on each of the front wheels, just trace the thick wire.

Pull your battery cables.
I had this problem, it came up when I changed the spark plugs on my gs300. It was something to do with the TPS or some TB sensors...replaced my battery with a new one (mine died out, irrelevant) and with unhooking the cables, the ecu reset itself and the codes went away.
