Go to www.bbb.com and report the company and watch how good there service becomes.

Even tho they are a vender here you need to search before you buy these days. I think you would have found a couple threads about their terrible work and terrible customer service, and ripping people off with shipping fees. They never come through with what they say they will. I have 3 close friends who all had issues with their "craftmanship" and also with what they call customer service. God I don't even want to get started with them just search my name and key words "AAC" or "Justin" and that will tell the story with pictures.. Trust me their work is crap...

I havent got to shipping it out. i just found time right now and while putting back everything in to the plastic bubble wrap, the low beam halo snaps in half, go figure huh. I was pushing (if you even want to go as far as calling it pushing) it into a plastic bubble wrap bag, thats soft and modlable and the thing still snaps! Haha these things are built ford tough

I'll be lucky to get $100 back now. O well. Live and you learn.

This is really frustrating me. I just got some Halos from the classifieds section. I broke/cracked one of the large halos and called AAC to order another ring. So I called, gave them my credit card info, told them the color i need (6000K) what model, year, car....etc. I wait a week and no Halo. I was like WTH?!? I gave them a call and they say...we didnt know what color you wanted. I was like "Seriously!!" "I clearly told Andy what color i needed and it still wasnt shipped...thats not my Fault." He was like, "we'll ship it out for you" I was like well i am sort of screwed..there really isn't much i can do.

CarbonGS has the setup on his car and thats what inspired me to get them. I dont know about fittment cause i havn't tested them out. As far as the halo goes, it does work and brighten up. I dont know how the fit is going to be. Any recommendations on how to get it checked before going through HELL?

The fitment on mine sucked. But maybe i expected too much. The low beam (larger Halos) were alright. But small (high beam) wasn't even close. Good luck...I'd leave them out.

I was inspired by CarbonGS too, thought it looked nice.

I know CL is ran by a management company but the last thing I want is a shop like this representing CL.

Well I sent them back everything along with a letter and a link to this thread. They refunded everything except the broken halo of course. And thats my story.

Well i got my 2 replacment halos this week after 2 plus months of waiting for Dan .
He is now off and sick so another lady handled it quickly and simply in a few days.
I am hopig to get everything in and workign properly again as my 1st large 6000k halo died a 3 days after install then my other large halo i noticed is starting to turn brown but still works.
They sent me a replacment to change it also with no cost and i am so far only bothered by the lack or response from Dan @ AAC.
BTW i finally sent a letter through the AAC website which got me the best response.

I do love the way they look, when they are working of course.
