Well I know that to get the chrome trim off the doors they had to pull off the interior door panels so my guess would be that to take off the outer door handles they had to put the window down to reach them. Just a guess though...not sure.

I have been thinking of painting mine too, but as mentioned money is tight with not knowing if we are going to have a job tomorrow.
Are they goign to paint the roof? Didnt look like it was sanded, or maybe they hadn't gotten there yet.

Well...my intuition was right. The car will not be ready until tomorrow. They just started the rebuild this morning and then the car will go to be buffed and detailed.
I can't believe how anxious I am about getting the car back. Paint and upgrades aside I JUST MISS MY CAR!!!
At the end of the day I know the waiting is worth it though.

Mike, can't WAIT to see her in person. Looks like they are doing it right and taking their time to take her apart. She is going to look BRAND NEW I bet. Can they paint your calipers too maybe (are they done?).

Patience grasshopper, good things come to those who wait, heheh. I know how you feel tho. I'm glad they did it right by taking all the trim off and everything else that could be taken off. Can't wait to see this bad boy first hand!!!

Anyway...I'm skipping class tomorrow to get the car because I clearly don't have a way to get to campus. A friend is picking me up around 11 so expect pics by dinner time
